Should you pay attention to lectures? In my opinion, yes.

Here’s the rationale: you pay attention to the lectures, then you start work on that class’s homework ASAP while the info. from the lecture is still fresh in your mind. You do as much of it as possible without using any other resource, look back at your notes if you can’t figure it out, look in your textbook if you can’t use your notes. Only search for info. on the problem you’re stuck on.

This is efficient: you don’t deal with information overload that burns you out, causes you to lose focus, causes you to procrastinate, and you don’t waste time. If I could do college over again, this is the method I would implement.

Let me know what you guys think!
