How to Achieve Work-Life Balance (Ep. 234)

As technology keeps blurring the line between work and home life, simple things keep getting more confusing.

For example: I’m typing this in my living room right now, at my desk. Am I at home? Or at work? When should I stop working? If I have an errand to run, should I interrupt my work to do it?

But remote work isn’t the only reason for a bit of work-life confusion. If you’ve ever had to juggle a job, classes, personal goals, a social life, chores, and errands, it should be pretty easy to understand that life can get overwhelming.

There has to be a way to shift our expectations and outputs to feel like we’re living the way we want to, right?

Here’s to hoping this week brings us all another step closer to the answer.
