Yes, I know we’re already running another competition, but this one is huge. We were contacted by Adobe today and given one copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection to give away to a reader for FREE. Seriously, this is better than Lady Gaga’s Amazon-killing 99 cent deal from yesterday.
The Creative Suite Master Collection includes every Creative Suite program, including:
- Photoshop CS5 Extended
- Illustrator CS5
- InDesign CS5
- Flash CS5
- Dreamweaver CS5
- Fireworks CS5 (one of my favorites)
- 12 other programs
To get all the details on the collection, check out the CS5 Master Collection website.
If you’re a student looking to get into graphic design, web design, video production, photography, desktop publishing, sound production, or any other kind of media creation, this is the industry-standard program suite for you. The Master Collection normally retails for $2000, but as a student you can get it for only $800. This means that if you’re looking to buy it, do it before you graduate; otherwise, you won’t get the discount (same goes for buying a Mac). If you’re looking to buy, you can find the suite for $800 at Adobe’s student discount website.
If even $800 is a bit much, you can get the Standard Creative Suite for $300. Check out all the student/teacher CS5.5 options here.
However, if you can, you should wait until May 31 to buy – on that day, we’ll be choosing one reader at random to win this collection for free. Ready to find out how to enter? Check out this video:
That’s it! Just head over to the College Info Geek Facebook page and like us, and then post a message on our wall telling us what projects you’re wanting to work on and how CS5.5 could help. On May 31, we’ll choose a winner and contact him/her with details on how to get the suite. Good luck!
While you’re at it, why not throw some appreciation to the Adobe Student program by liking or following them?
…oh yeah, one more thing – while you’re in the spirit of competition, enter our logo design contest!

Well dang, I guess there aren't any for this one. Try the Essential Reads in the sidebar!

Great job Thomas, well done on getting it!
no closed caption? there are deaf designer out there r paying for ur software.
Felix,
Sorry about that! I was actually unaware that YouTube had closed captioning until I saw your comment. However, everything in the video was repeated in the paragraph directly below.
I’ll see if I can get closed captioning on the video soon. Do remember that it’s Adobe’s software, not mine
Good luck!
Since I’m not a student. I like using Adobe Photoshop for fun so that I can make artwork for fun =) But am I eligible to win that I am not a student if I’m from Australia? I’m deaf/hearing impaired (but I talk as well).
